Charlie Zhang, Chairman/CEO ---- manages the day to day activities of the plant and also focuses on strategic planning and development. He has invested over 20 years as founder and operator in the food and beverage business. He has successfully founded, run commissary, and distribution centers.

Richard Alessandro, Co-Founder ---- assists in day to day activities of the facility, oversees Sales, Marketing, & Purchasing. He has over 25 years in food and beverage industries as well as marketing, distribution, and information systems.

Andy Bowman, President/COO ----Leads improvements in the safety, quality , servic e and cost performance of the Aseptic's Operation Team. Has over 30 years of beverage industry experience where he has been responsible for all areas of the beverage supply chain. Responsible for the strategic vision and tactical execution of Aseptic Solutions USA Operations

Aaron Harris, VP of Operation ---- oversees all of
operations by providing direction to production , maintenance, and supply chain departments to assure efficient execution. He has complete responsibility for the safe, secure , and efficient utilization of company operating assets and resources to carry out the strategic direction of top management to custom package various aseptic products and beverages.

Scott Murrin, VP of Quality ---- currently oversees ; end-product , and supply integrity as well as creating ingredient, and chemical specification. He is responsible for all laboratory personnel , GMPs and proper government certifications, as well as customer formulation requirements. He brings over 20 years QC experience from the U.S. Air Force Inspector General Staff as well as other Fortune 1000 companies.

Bob Danko, VP of Business Development/General Counsel ---- Assists with the day to day activities relating to new business opportunities and oversees the sales and marketing team. As General Counsel, he is responsible for all corporate legal affairs and contract administration. Over 25 years legal experience with 15 years in the food and specialty beverage industry.
